1General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the fl77 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the fl77 website, application, or any of its services, you give your full consent to these Terms.

fl77 is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to players in Bangladesh. Our platform uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to keep member data protected.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on fl77 and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform operates exclusively for users aged 21 and above. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

Warning: If you register by providing a false age, your account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

  • Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
  • For account verification, fl77 may request identity proof documents at any time.
  • Opening or managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
  • Registering using a proxy or VPN is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

fl77 reserves the right to verify member identities in the interest of fair play and secure transactions. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if documents are not submitted.

3Account & Security

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. fl77 will never ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account.
  • Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is prohibited.
  • Logging in from multiple devices is allowed, but only one active session may run at a time.
  • After a prolonged period of inactivity, fl77 may automatically log your account out.

3.3 Updating Information

If any registered account information changes (phone number, payment method, etc.), fl77 support must be notified immediately. A change of address may require new identity documents to be submitted.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Approved payment methods for depositing at fl77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Transactions via cryptocurrency or any unapproved method are not permitted.
  • Once a deposit is successfully processed, the balance will be credited to your account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for a withdrawal from fl77 is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour. If there is any active bonus wagering requirement remaining on your account at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal will not be approved until that requirement is fulfilled.

Please note: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless support instructs otherwise.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

fl77 may reject a deposit or withdrawal for the following reasons: incomplete account verification; evidence of suspicious activity; risk of fraudulent transactions. For any rejected transaction, you may contact the support team.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New fl77 members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳42,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering applies to the bonus only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonuses may only be used on games approved by fl77.
  • While one bonus offer is active, another bonus cannot be claimed, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.
  • fl77 may modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • Jackpot wins or significant winnings derived from bonuses may require additional verification.

5.4 VIP Program

The fl77 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases progressively with each tier — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond. Higher VIP tiers can be reached through regular play. VIP benefits are at fl77's discretion and are subject to change.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Limits

fl77 sets minimum and maximum bet limits across various games and markets. These limits are clearly stated on the page for each game or market. Any attempt to place a bet outside these limits will be automatically rejected by the system.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Rules

fl77 may cancel a bet and refund the staked amount in the following situations:

  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
  • If an event is cancelled or suspended and does not resume within the scheduled time.
  • In a verified case of incorrect data being supplied by a data feed.

6.3 Responsible Betting

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fl77 platform:

  • Any form of fraud, manipulation, or bonus abuse.
  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Attempting to access or tamper with the platform's code or systems.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other members.
  • Using false documents or a false identity.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8Limitation of Liability

fl77 is not liable for the following:

  • Any game or bet remaining incomplete due to internet disconnection or device issues.
  • Service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Delays in transaction processing due to delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
  • Account damage resulting from the member's own negligence.

11.2 Closure by fl77

fl77 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

  • If the Terms and Conditions are violated.
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
  • If the account remains completely inactive for a long period of time.
  • If the member is proven to be underage.
  • If the set deadline passes after a failure to verify the account.
Please note: If an account is closed due to fraudulent activity, the remaining balance will not be refunded. If closed for a legitimate reason, the remaining balance will be refunded.

12Terms Changes

fl77 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will be published on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the new terms, please request to close your account.
